DISCLAIMER:

All vehicles are parked at owners' risk. No liability is assumed by management for loss or damage by fire, extreme weather, theft, or any other cause to, or by the vehicle while in the custody of management. All claims must be presented before the vehicle is taken from the facility. Any person driving becomes the agent of the owner solely. All claims for adjustments must be presented before the vehicle leaves the facility. The Company and/or its employees are NOT responsible for articles left in the car at any time, including, but not limited to, iPods, Cell Phones, Computers, or any other articles left in the vehicle. No employee has the authority to vary or increase our liability.

BOOKING, PAYMENT & REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel or change your valet parking reservation, you must provide us with at least 24 hours notice in advance of the event in order to receive a refund of the deposit. Any service fees that were charged in addition to the deposit at the time the reservation was made are non-refundable.

If your valet attendant made a mistake and damaged your vehicle please fill out an Incident Report Form below. Once the form is submitted a member of the NWA Valet management team will be in contact with you shortly.
